The house is located in a very nice spectacular neighborhood, about a mile from highway 78 and interstate 285 and is not far from Georgia state University Clarkston campus. It is not far from numerous shopping centers. The interior got new paint, microwave and refrigerator. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The porch was also newly painted. The community has tennis court and other facilities. The facility is well maintained.
